I’m Jamie, founder of Wild & Brave Creative Concepts, virtual assistant for small business owners who are great at what they do—but running out of time to do everything.

I have 19 years of experience in admin support with an agency where organization and attention to detail is key. I’ve held a deep love for planning for longer than that (I won’t make you call me the Queen of Planners, but it would be accurate). I help business owners take back their time and breathe a little easier. Whether it’s inbox management, calendar chaos, travel planning, client communication, or general behind-the-scenes wrangling—I’m the steady presence that keeps things moving while you focus on what matters most.

This business was born out of my own desire to build something sustainable: to serve well, work with purpose, and be more present for my family. I’m a homeschooling mom of 5, wife, and spreadsheet enthusiast with a strong coffee habit (born of my previous profession of early mornings and loooong days) and a stronger commitment to showing up well for my clients.
